Twilght Cyclocross 2021 is a series of four races on Tuesday evenings of September and October, held at the beautiful and historic Dorris Ranch in Springfield Oregon. The course will be majority dirt with some gravel and grass, roughly 1.25 mile laps with no pavement and no sustained climbs. There will be 4 or more barriers per lap.
These events are for everyone from beginners to elite athletes. Required equipment is: a non-motorized bicycle with operational brakes, close-toed shoes, and a helmet (Review your OBRA racing rules) If Twilight Cyclocross will be your first cyclocross race, feel free to use the contact form linked below to ask any questions.
Registration is open on the twilightoperations.com website. Registration for each race date will close at noon on each Tuesday. Registration fees are $15 per race ($10 for juniors) or $55 ($35 for juniors) for the 4-race series. Any racer may add an additional race on the same day for $10.
An Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA) license is required for participation; either an annual license ($40 for adults, $10 for juniors) or one-event license ($5 for adults, free for juniors) is available for purchase with your registration, or at any time at www.obra.org.
FOR MASTERS AND JUNIORS CATEGORIES: Your racing age for the 2021 cyclocross season is your age on December 31st, 2022.
Please carpool or ride your bike to the race venue (and everywhere else on every other day) if possible.

Dogs are welcome at Dorris Ranch; please keep them on a leash. Show your appreciation for our wonderful hosts, the Willamalane Park and Recreation District, by adhering to park rules.
The top three racers for the series in each category will be awarded medals (points awarded to top 10 finishers of the category each day, points combined for final total). Cash prizes for series top three of Men 1/2 and Women 1/2 ($50/25/15). Additional prizes will be posted as the race approaches. Prizes will be awarded at the post-series awards party at Jasper’s Tavern on October 19th.
4:30 pm: Check-in and pre-ride of the course opens. Please do not pre-ride before this time, as volunteers will be completing the course construction. If you arrive early, lend a hand or warm up elsewhere.
5:30 pm: Juniors, Junior women (racing age 9-18), (25 min). For Juniors, your racing age for the 2021 season is your age on December 31st, 2022. Racers with actual age 8-11 may only race at 5:30. Racers with an actual age of 12 or older may also register for categories in the 5:55 or 6:35 races.
5:50 pm: Category 4/5 (beginners), Women Category 4/5 (beginners), Masters 35+ 3/4/5, Masters Masters Women 35+ 3/4/5, Masters 50+, Masters Women 50+, Masters 60+, Masters Women 60+ (35 min)
6:30 pm: Category 1/2, Category 2/3, Women Category 1/2, Women 35+ 1/2, Women Category 2/3, Masters 35+ 1/2, Singlespeed , Singlespeed Women, (45 min or as daylight allows)

OBRA members - please wear your road race number listed on your OBRA membership. If you wear this number, you don't need to check in; just report to the start line at your start time. If no number is listed on OBRA, or you don't have this number with you, please visit the check-in tent to report the number you will wear or obtain a temporary number.
Non-OBRA members - please visit the check-in tent to obtain your series race number.
