Yoga for Cyclists

Chilly outside? Get warm this January with at-home yoga practice as part of your new year’s resolution! Join us for 5 weeks of hourly yoga practices, every Sunday in January, 4:30-5:30pm. Practices will be geared for cyclists and will help improve: core strength, spinal mobility, hip flexibility, breath control, and balance. All you need is a mat, comfortable clothing and your Zoom-capable device. Follow the link to register and get your Zoom link!

Yoga instructor Kristin Yarris, a regular Twilight racer and volunteer, is offering this class with all funds going to the Twilight Operations operational fund to support accessible local racing events and low entry fees
